- • As the first Talent Acquisition Partner and People team member in Singapore for Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s talent strategy across APAC, with a primary focus on sales and customer success hiring, directly supporting ambitious growth plans.
- • You will own the full hiring lifecycle for critical roles—partnering with hiring managers to scope positions, develop data-driven sourcing strategies using tools like Ashby and LinkedIn, craft compelling job designs, ensure inclusive candidate experiences, and contribute to employer branding efforts in a competitive market.
- • You will join a lean but impactful People team where you’ll be the sole HR representative in Singapore, collaborating closely with stakeholders in Singapore and London to build trusted partnerships and become a go-to advisor on talent matters for APAC.
- • In this role, you will achieve measurable impact by building sustainable hiring pipelines, exceeding KPIs like time-to-fill and hiring manager satisfaction, and shaping equitable, data-informed hiring practices that attract diverse, top-tier talent while growing your expertise in AI-enhanced recruitment and talent intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of high performance in hiring for go-to-market teams in Singapore
- • Experience in full life cycle in-house recruiting within a fast-paced Fintech, Web3, or SaaS organization
- • Strong ability to thrive with ownership and ambiguity as the sole people team member in the region, making independent decisions and partnering effectively with stakeholders
- • Data-driven and analytical approach to hiring, using metrics and insights to drive creative solutions in competitive talent markets
- • Experience sourcing talent at pace for hard-to-hire roles, grounded in talent market mapping and intelligence
- • Deep understanding of the APAC tech sales landscape accompanied by an established professional network
