• You will provide crucial hands-on support to customers throughout their evaluation phases, pilot programs, and initial integration stages. This involves troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of Lyte's platforms. Your ability to diagnose and resolve application-level issues, which may span perception, robotics, and overall system integration, will be critical to customer satisfaction and success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience with robotics, perception, or autonomy systems, demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or prior industry work.
• Solid programming proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Familiarity with fundamental robotics or perception concepts, such as sensors, localization, computer vision, or motion planning.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a comfort level for engaging directly with customers.
