Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• • As an Application Security Engineer at Weave Communications, you will bridge the gap between software engineering and corporate governance by ensuring secure development practices across the SaaS product lifecycle.
• • You will collaborate with product and development teams to identify security risks, deploy and manage application security tools, conduct threat modeling, and drive remediation efforts to meet SLAs.
• • You will work within Weave’s security team, reporting to the Head of Security, in a hybrid role based at the Lehi, Utah headquarters.
• • You will gain expertise in securing SaaS platforms, leading security initiatives, and influencing engineering culture through training, advocacy, and hands-on guidance in secure coding and risk mitigation.
