• • The Application Security Engineer SME I supports the security, integrity, and compliance of enterprise applications, systems, and services across customer environments, playing a critical role in safeguarding national security infrastructure for federal agencies including the DOD, DHS, and Intelligence Community.
• • Day to day, the role involves supporting secure application architecture design, applying secure coding practices, conducting SAST/DAST/SCA testing, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging RPA tools for vulnerability tracking, and assisting in vulnerability management lifecycle activities under senior engineer guidance.
