- • Serve as the primary point of contact for a large and growing portfolio of customers integrating XBOW’s autonomous pentesting platform into their vulnerability management programs.
- • Own the end-to-end customer experience across hundreds of accounts, ensuring no issue falls through the cracks and all customer needs are addressed with structure and care.
- • Deliver high-touch support by independently analyzing and triaging customer issues before escalating to internal product or engineering teams.
- • Develop, document, and own scalable, repeatable workflows that enable self-service adoption and product-led growth for technical customers.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to align on customer success strategy, feature prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
- • Act as an external-facing technical program manager by identifying gaps in customer workflows, advocating for product improvements, and recommending automation opportunities.
- • Translate complex application security findings and vulnerability data into clear, actionable guidance for security and engineering stakeholders.
- • Understand and contextualize pentesting results using knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CVSS scoring, and common vulnerability classes to answer customer questions confidently.
- • Work with customers managing large-scale assessments across dozens or hundreds of applications, tracking coverage rates, SLA adherence, and emerging trends in scan results.
- • Partner with Product and Engineering to triage edge cases in scan output, distinguishing between product defects and expected platform behavior.
- • Build and maintain customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials grounded in real-world product usage and customer feedback.
- • Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive product adoption, reduce friction, and improve long-term customer outcomes.
- • Navigate complex technical questions about the XBOW platform without deep coding expertise, escalating appropriately while maintaining customer trust.
- • Support security teams and AppSec leaders by explaining how XBOW integrates into their existing security toolchains and vulnerability remediation workflows.
- • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify at-risk accounts to prevent churn and drive expansion opportunities.
- • Contribute to defining what scaled, successful customer onboarding and adoption looks like at XBOW in a high-volume, AI-driven security environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a technical customer-facing role
- • Familiarity with application security or developer tools
- • Working knowledge of application security fundamentals
- • Exposure to security tools ecosystem: scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, vulnerability management systems
- • Background in technical program management, technical account management or scaled customer success
- • Fluent in Korean, advanced in English
