- • As an Application Specialist at Motorola Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of RapidDeploy’s cloud-native public safety platform, including Radius Plus (Assist), Eclipse, and Lightning products, ensuring that emergency response technologies are deployed accurately and efficiently to help keep communities safer.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical implementation tasks such as customer data sourcing, profile builds, and platform configuration; support project managers in deploying new customers; execute configuration and data onboarding activities; coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams; translate technical documentation into deployment processes; and provide expert-level support to client stakeholders on product features and workflows.
- • You will join a mission-driven team focused on the RapidDeploy product line, a leading cloud-native platform for public safety that delivers Next Generation 911 solutions by integrating mobile signals, critical datasets, and call information into a unified operating system to improve emergency response outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in public safety SaaS implementations, strengthen your skills in cloud-native application configuration and data integration, and contribute to the productization of deployment processes to enhance scalability and consistency across customer environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in an implementation specialist or similar role, working on deploying software for customers
- • Experience implementing SaaS software products/applications (highly preferred)
- • Understanding of Cloud-native application architecture and experience deploying and configuring Cloud-native applications for end-users (highly preferred)
- • Experience working in modern work/task management tools (ex. Azure DevOps, JIRA, Zendesk)
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on quality over quantity
- • Excellent communication skills (customer-facing and internal), ability to collaborate with team members with different backgrounds
- • Experience serving the Public Safety industry preferred
- • Experience configuring and deploying public safety software preferred
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
