- • The Applications Project Manager – Tissue & Towel is a technical and market expert role supporting commercial sales teams across the U.S. and Canada to drive growth in the Tissue & Towel industry by identifying opportunities, delivering technical solutions, and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with sales to identify new opportunities and lead customer trials (30%), providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting (20%), collaborating with R&D and Product Management on new product development and launches (25%), training sales teams and customers on technical education and safety (15%), managing project reporting and documentation (10%), and leading end-to-end project execution including planning, resourcing, and performance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (or 10+ years of relevant experience)
- • 10+ years in the Tissue & Towel or related industry
- • Strong expertise in specialty chemical applications (coatings, release, softeners)
- • Proven project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- • Experience influencing customers and supporting value-based sales
- • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
