📋 Description

  • Are you an AI enthusiast with a passion for transforming cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools into tangible, deployed systems that deliver real-world value? At Swans Inc., we are seeking an Applied AI Specialist to join our elite team of technical problem-solvers. This role is not about theoretical research or creating fleeting demos; it's about hands-on implementation. You will be the driving force behind integrating AI into our clients' organizations, ensuring its successful adoption and lasting impact.
  • Swans Inc. is a dynamic consulting and implementation agency dedicated to revolutionizing how US law firms leverage technology to enhance client services. We are rapidly expanding, with plans to grow our international team from 10 to 30 members within the next 12 months. Our culture is characterized by energy, directness, intensity, a strong results-orientation, and a shared ambition to fundamentally change our industry.
  • The core of your role will be to bridge the significant gap between having access to AI tools and embedding AI seamlessly into daily operations. You will be responsible for deploying AI solutions that are not only practical and safe but also built for longevity and scalability. This involves working across the entire spectrum of modern AI implementation, including developing custom integrations, automating complex workflows, building LLM-powered tools, and providing hands-on enablement to client teams.
  • You will architect and build the essential connectors, intelligent agents, and automated workflows that ensure AI functions effectively within our clients' existing technological infrastructure. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the progress of our internal team by identifying and implementing new AI capabilities as they emerge.
  • Your primary technical toolkit will revolve around the Claude and Google AI ecosystems. A key aspect of this role is staying at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously exploring and applying the latest possibilities within these platforms.
  • A typical day or week will involve a dynamic blend of client-facing engagements and internal projects. On the client side, you will be actively building custom AI integrations, deploying sophisticated workflows, and conducting enablement sessions designed to foster genuine user adoption. Concurrently, you will contribute internally by identifying and implementing new AI capabilities that enhance our team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The nature of this role means no two weeks will be identical. One week might see you developing a custom connector to integrate client data into an AI workflow, while the next could involve deploying an automation solution to eliminate hours of manual effort. The following week might be dedicated to leading a training session that fundamentally alters how a team of ten professionals approaches their tasks.
  • It is crucial to understand that this position is focused on building and deploying functional systems, not on pure research or prompt engineering. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver working solutions that provide tangible benefits.
  • For high-achievers who are weary of corporate bureaucracy, lengthy approval processes, and career progression tied to tenure, this role offers a refreshing alternative. We foster an anti-bureaucratic environment for ambitious professionals whose impact is defined by concrete results, not just time spent in a role.
  • If you are an individual who has been actively involved in AI implementation and thrives on the rapid pace of the field, but desires to see your work deployed and making a tangible difference – rather than remaining in a research pipeline – this is the ideal opportunity. You will have the chance to ship solutions frequently, engage in continuous learning, and take full ownership of your outcomes.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass developing and deploying practical AI solutions, integrating AI capabilities into existing client systems, automating business processes through AI, and enabling client teams to effectively utilize AI tools. You will also contribute to internal AI strategy and implementation, ensuring Swans Inc. remains at the cutting edge of AI adoption.
  • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering measurable value to our clients.
