- • The Appointment Setter role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients serving high-net-worth and accredited investors by contacting warm leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client onboarding.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, conducting 5–15 minute qualification calls using scripted questions, scheduling appointments for senior sales reps in Go High Level CRM, documenting call outcomes, and supporting new clients through onboarding in Tribexa via Zoom calls, including guiding them through documentation and account setup.
- • The team operates in a structured, performance-driven environment focused on delivering a professional, high-comfort experience throughout the sales and onboarding process, with defined systems to ensure proper lead qualification and client support from first contact through onboarding.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in high-value client communication, CRM management using Go High Level, virtual client onboarding via Zoom, and professional phone etiquette while working directly with accredited investor prospects in a stable, full-time remote position aligned with U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of appointment-setting experience
- • Strong experience handling warm outbound calls
- • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred
- • Experience using Zoom for client-facing onboarding
- • Strong professional English communication skills
- • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
