📋 Description

• You will reach out to prospective business customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn, introduce Bilgewater's services, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, organized, and comfortable with outbound communication and sales conversations.
• Contact prospective business customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Qualify prospects based on established criteria
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Handle objections and gatekeepers professionally
• Work toward individual and team appointment-setting goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of outbound sales or appointment-setting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations
• Persistent and confident when handling objections
• Good organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

🏖️ Benefits

• $40,000–$55,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
