- • The AR Analyst is responsible for the timely follow-up and resolution of insurance claims to ensure accurate and efficient reimbursement for healthcare providers, playing a critical role in optimizing cash flow and reducing days in A/R.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing pre-call analysis and checking claim status via payer calls, IVR, or payer web portals; documenting all claim activities in client software; reviewing and interpreting EOBs, authorizations, and medical documentation; analyzing A/R data to identify underpayments and denials; converting denials into payments through appeals or corrections; and monitoring fresh claims, denials, suspensions, and appeals for timely resolution.
- • TruBridge is a healthcare revenue cycle management company that supports healthcare providers with billing, claims processing, and reimbursement solutions, operating with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and financial performance.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in U.S. healthcare billing, denial management, and revenue cycle operations, while strengthening analytical, communication, and compliance skills essential for career growth in healthcare finance and RCM.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School (HSC) or Graduate equivalent.
- • 2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare accounts receivable follow-up and/or denial management.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- • Basic computer proficiency.
- • Willingness to work continuous night shifts.
