- • Join Neuronetics, Inc., a pioneering force in mental health, now enhanced by Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, as an AR Follow-Up Specialist. We are dedicated to transforming lives through innovative treatments, offering FDA-cleared NeuroStar TMS and Spravato therapies for major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression across 95 clinics nationwide. Our combined strength allows us to expand access to life-changing care, blending cutting-edge technology with profound clinical expertise to make a significant impact in the mental health landscape. If you are an organized, driven professional with a proven track record in healthcare billing or a related field, this is your opportunity to resolve unpaid insurance claims and advance your expertise in accounts receivable.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of our organization, directly supporting our mission to provide accessible and effective mental health services. Your primary responsibility will be the independent management and resolution of outstanding insurance claims. This involves meticulously investigating claim denials to pinpoint their root causes, whether they stem from insurance-specific issues, coding errors, or payer-related complexities. You will leverage your understanding of various payer policies, including VA, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans, to determine the most effective next steps for claim resolution.
- • Your day-to-day activities will include generating clear, concise, and persuasive insurance appeal letters that effectively communicate the justification for claim payment. A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze denial trends and identify patterns that can inform improvements in our billing processes. By utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and basic ICD-10 coding, you will adeptly navigate the complexities of denied claims, working towards successful adjudication. This position requires a proactive approach to claim follow-up, ensuring that all outstanding accounts are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- • We are seeking a candidate who is not only proficient in claim resolution but also possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will be expected to navigate payer portals with ease, conduct thorough claim research, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work. The ability to manage your time effectively and maintain strong organizational skills is paramount, especially within a fully remote work environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, including billing and clinical staff, to gather necessary information and ensure a cohesive approach to revenue cycle management. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our patients and continue our growth as a leader in mental healthcare.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is making a tangible difference in people's lives. You will work within a supportive and dynamic team environment, contributing to a meaningful mission. The position is full-time, offering the stability and comprehensive benefits expected of a leading healthcare organization. We value work-life balance, and this fully remote role, coupled with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST), allows for excellent integration of professional and personal life. Your dedication to resolving complex claim issues will be recognized and valued, providing a clear path for professional development within our organization. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated, and all employees are empowered to contribute their best work. Your role as an AR Follow-Up Specialist is critical to our operational success and our overarching goal of expanding access to mental wellness care.
