• • As an Architect and Engineering Manager at Axis Communications AB, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding our presence within the Architect and Engineering (A&E) program across Germany and Central Europe. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the security and surveillance industry.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture business relationships with existing A&E program members, ensuring they are fully supported and engaged with Axis solutions. This involves understanding their project needs, offering expert advice on specifications, and demonstrating how Axis's best-of-breed products and end-to-end solutions can meet and exceed their requirements.
• • A key aspect of this role is proactive demand creation. You will actively identify and build relationships with new consultants within the A&E sector, introducing them to the value proposition of Axis and our comprehensive offerings. This requires a strategic approach to market penetration and a keen eye for emerging opportunities.
• • You will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, educating the consultant community on the evolving challenges and trends within the video surveillance industry. By sharing insights and expertise, you will position Axis as a go-to partner for innovative and reliable security solutions.
• • A significant part of your role will involve supporting and developing identified focus accounts within the A&E program. This means working closely with these key partners to ensure their success and to drive the specification of Axis products into their projects.
• • You will be responsible for educating specifiers on the effective use of Axis design tools. This not only ensures accuracy in system design but also enhances the operational efficiencies of our partners, leading to smoother project execution and greater client satisfaction.
• • Strategy development and execution are crucial. You will define and implement strategies in alignment with regional objectives for EMEA, Middle Europe, and the DACH region. This involves close collaboration with regional management to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
• • A critical function of this role is to align the A&E program activities with the broader sales team's efforts. By fostering strong internal collaboration, you will help build a robust project pipeline, ensuring that Axis products are specified in new projects and driving revenue growth.
• • You will work collaboratively within a virtual team environment, sharing best practices and insights with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide. This global perspective is essential for continuous improvement and for maintaining Axis's competitive edge.
