• • As an Area Manager for Dyson's Istanbul European side, you will be the pivotal link between our dynamic field teams and the central sales management, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment across a vital region.

• • Your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive management of the Istanbul European region, with the potential to extend your influence to additional areas as the business grows.
• • You will be instrumental in the field management of our dedicated Dyson Experts and skilled Hair Stylists, acting as their direct leader and mentor.
• • A core aspect of your role will be ensuring that all team activities and customer interactions unequivocally align with Dyson's core values and brand promise, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• • You will actively engage in the development, support, and ongoing training of Dyson Experts and Hair Stylists, identifying individual and team needs and providing targeted interventions to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
• • This includes the proactive organization of regular monthly team meetings, creating a forum for sharing best practices, addressing challenges, and reinforcing strategic objectives.
• • You will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire recruitment and training process for new Experts, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent who embody the Dyson spirit.
• • A key deliverable will be the meticulous monitoring and analysis of monthly reports, identifying trends, performance metrics, and areas requiring attention.
• • You will be empowered to take decisive action and implement follow-up strategies where the Dyson experience is not being adequately reflected in customer interactions or store presentation.
• • Regular, structured visits to retail locations and thorough route planning will be essential to maintain oversight and provide on-the-ground support.
• • You will be responsible for overseeing all field operations within your designated territory, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal performance.
• • A significant part of your role involves preparing and presenting comprehensive status reports of your assigned areas to the senior management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• • You will be tasked with effectively managing regional organizations, ensuring resources are allocated optimally and strategic initiatives are executed flawlessly.
• • Furthermore, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, organizing, and executing impactful store-based events and promotional activities designed to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
