- • Lead and grow Collibra’s Financial Services business across the United States as an Area Vice President of Sales, owning regional revenue performance and directly managing a team of 6–8 enterprise account executives focused on banks, insurers, and capital markets firms.
- • Develop revenue plans balancing new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion, forecast quarterly revenue, and provide insights to optimize internal processes and market positioning.
- • Attract, hire, onboard, retain, coach, and inspire top sales talent while coaching account executives through prospecting, positioning, and deal structuring in complex, regulated environments.
- • Partner cross-functionally with P&E and GTM teams to drive coordinated account strategy, demonstrate thought leadership in data management, and serve as an executive sponsor in high-stakes enterprise deals.
- • Refine messaging and strengthen Collibra’s position as a strategic partner to financial institutions by leveraging deep industry experience in regulatory pressure, data transformation, and executive-level buying cycles.
- • Build and retain a highly engaged, high-performing sales team, expand industry awareness of Collibra, and achieve sales objectives through accountability, execution, and results-driven leadership.
- • Complete onboarding within the first month, establish regular team and partner cadences by month three, and review/update regional business plans with pipeline forecasts by month six.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus
- • 10 years of experience serving financial services companies at an innovative technology firm
- • Proven track record in software and FinServ sales, including selling solutions at the C-level with direct sales and sales management experience
- • History of exceeding company sales quotas in complex, enterprise sales environments
- • Significant leadership experience in high-growth SaaS organizations
- • Experience building and managing teams of successful SaaS software sales professionals, including implementing market and performance metrics
