  • • As Area VP Sales for UK & Ireland at Semperis, you will lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team of 5 to 8 Enterprise Sales Directors, driving net new ARR growth in alignment with company objectives while embodying Semperis’ mission to be a Force for Good through purpose-driven leadership and employee empowerment.
  • • You will report directly to the VP of Sales EMEA and serve as a critical member of the Sales leadership team, responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing your team using proven sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Challenger to ensure consistent execution and performance excellence across the region.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining an efficient operating rhythm, leading disciplined pipeline generation, attracting top sales talent, and actively participating in complex enterprise deals to negotiate and close opportunities in a timely manner while fostering ownership and accountability across the team.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, BDR, and Product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with regional growth goals, ensuring seamless alignment between sales efforts and broader organizational initiatives.
  • • You will develop and manage the annual sales plan for the UK & Ireland region, oversee sales forecasting, track progress against targets, and communicate performance regularly to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • • As a thought leader in the region, you will represent Semperis in public relations activities, industry events, and customer engagements, helping to build brand visibility and credibility in the cybersecurity market while reinforcing the company’s values of integrity, curiosity, and initiative.
  • • You will operate within Semperis’ hybrid work model, splitting time between onsite collaboration (within 45 miles of an office location) and remote work, enabling flexibility while maintaining strong team cohesion and access to leadership and resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams in the cybersecurity or information security industry
  • • Extensive experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder management
  • • Demonstrated success using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Challenger to drive consistent performance and forecast accuracy
  • • Background in startup or high-growth technology organizations, with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time to engage with customers, partners, and team members across the UK & Ireland
