- • The Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM is a customer-facing security expert who takes a consultative approach to helping customers design and implement effective security operations solutions, playing a critical role in aligning technology with business and security goals.
- • Day to day, the engineer collaborates with account teams to evaluate customer cybersecurity needs, educates sales teams on security solutions, develops use cases and collateral in lab environments, stays current on emerging threats and technologies, and engages with C-level stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and CSOs to strengthen customer relationships.

- • In this role, the individual can deepen expertise in SIEM and SecOps platforms, lead security solution design for enterprise clients, influence go-to-market strategies, and advance toward leadership positions in presales, security architecture, or technical consulting within a high-growth, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working in identity management and security solutions with deep technical knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, Dark Web scanning, CLM/PKI, and BAS controls
- • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role, including 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting
- • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to run demos and develop comprehensive documentation such as system/network diagrams
