- • As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our business management team, providing essential support to Account Managers, Managers, and Partners. Your responsibilities will span a wide array of financial management tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' financial lives.
- • You will be instrumental in maintaining meticulous day-to-day bookkeeping records, including the critical task of bank and credit card reconciliations. This ensures accuracy and provides a clear financial picture for our clients and the firm.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the comprehensive management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. This includes the timely processing of vendor bills and the accurate generation of client invoices, directly impacting cash flow and client satisfaction.
- • You will serve as a key point of contact, facilitating general communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes vendors, clients, and other vital industry professionals such as managers, attorneys, and agents, fostering strong professional relationships.

- • Your contributions will extend to assisting with the preparation of essential tax forms, such as 1099s, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- • You will also provide support for various credit applications, a common need for businesses and individuals in the entertainment sector.
- • Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital, will be a key responsibility to ensure easy access to important financial documents.
- • A core function of this role involves the preparation of detailed Excel schedules and various financial reports, translating raw data into actionable insights for our clients and senior staff.
