📋 Description

• Supporting the Asset Finance proposition as first-line support to broker introducer firms, providing product expertise and articulating Allica Bank’s lending appetite to drive profitable opportunities for established SMEs.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to develop new business, resolve broker and customer issues, review lending opportunities, and provide indicative terms while supporting Business Development Managers with telephone and email coverage.
• Working within Allica Bank’s Distribution team, which focuses on developing and executing commercial strategy through Asset Finance Introducers across Britain, leveraging modern tools, local relationships, and tailored expertise to serve the UK’s established SME sector.
• Gaining end-to-end exposure to Asset Finance lending operations, including pipeline management, introducer onboarding, panel administration, regional events, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support the bank’s annual lending budget and service excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Sound product knowledge of commercial banking products associated with SME businesses
• Excellent understanding of Asset Finance lending and Credit Risk
• Experienced in reviewing Asset Finance lending opportunities
• Knowledge of the Asset Finance Broker market
• Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communicator with well-developed numeracy and written skills
