You will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager and the broader finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, managing day-to-day financial operations, and contributing to financial planning and analysis.
• • Key Responsibilities:
• • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• • Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance against targets.
• • Prepare financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data, understand business operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• • Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as required.
