- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of brand integrations across Asianet’s fiction, non-fiction and marquee events, translating client briefs into high-impact, content-led solutions that drive both audience engagement and incremental revenue.
- • Partner daily with the programming, creative communications and digital marketing squads to craft integration concepts that feel native to storylines, respect viewer experience and still deliver measurable brand lift for advertisers.
- • Translate complex client objectives into crisp creative blueprints: ideate concepts, co-write scripts with copywriters, lock storyboards, secure approvals and shepherd every frame from pre-production to final on-air delivery—ensuring zero slippage on brand promise or timeline.
- • Script and produce high-impact “piece-to-camera” vignettes, coordinating talent, crew, post-production and compliance so each insert lands with broadcast-grade quality and unmistakable Asianet tone of voice.
- • Act as the single point of contact (via PRS) for every client query, change request or crisis call—balancing diplomacy with firm creative stewardship to protect both revenue and editorial integrity.
- • Design and run on-air “special initiatives” (themed weeks, festive integrations, CSR tie-ins) that strengthen Asianet’s brand image, deepen viewer loyalty and create new inventory for future monetisation.
- • Continuously codify best-practice playbooks—rate cards, templated scripts, compliance checklists, post-campaign analytics—so the team scales faster than the market evolves.
- • Mentor junior executives, running daily stand-ups, weekly reviews and quarterly upskilling sessions that raise the creative bar and shrink turnaround times.
- • Mine ratings, social sentiment and ad-effectiveness data to refine future integrations, presenting insights that help clients double-down on what works and pivot quickly from what doesn’t.
- • Thrive in a high-octane, multi-stakeholder environment where priorities can pivot at 9 a.m. and airtime is locked at 9 p.m.—all while keeping energy, humour and attention to detail intact.
- • Leverage your network across agencies, production houses and talent management firms to unlock exclusive collaborations that competitors can’t replicate.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation—test new formats (AR graphics, second-screen activations, live commerce) and rapidly scale the winners across the network.
- • Ensure every integration complies with ASCI guidelines, channel brand safety norms and FPC regulations, flagging risks early and crafting compliant alternatives that still pop on screen.
- • Report weekly to the Senior Manager, Marketing on pipeline value, execution status, client satisfaction scores and emerging revenue opportunities—turning data into decisive action.
