- • Translate the annual brand activity calendar into high-impact on-air, on-ground, and online experiences; orchestrate ATL media plans (TV, print, radio, OOH) and BTL activations (mall/retail events, rural van campaigns, influencer meets) that resonate with Karnataka’s diverse linguistic and cultural nuances.
- • Craft and manage the channel’s always-on social media calendar, producing thumb-stopping creatives, reels, contests, and regional-language storytelling that spike engagement, follower growth, and positive sentiment for Colors Kannada’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube handles.
- • Spearhead micro-marketing drives in Tier-2/3 towns and rural pockets by designing hyper-local outreach programs—school/college activations, local haats, auto-rickshaw branding, and cable-operator partnerships—to deepen household penetration and weekly viewing loyalty.
- • Build and present persuasive internal campaign decks to senior leadership, finance, and programming teams; secure buy-in, budgets, and timelines, then manage turnkey execution with zero slippage on cost or quality.
- • Act as the single point of contact for external PR, creative, digital, and media agencies; brief, negotiate, and monitor deliverables to guarantee on-brand messaging, timely asset delivery, and post-campaign analytics that feed into the next planning cycle.
- • Track real-time GRPs, reach, and market-share dashboards; pivot tactics mid-flight—shifting spends, swapping creatives, or amplifying viral moments—to ensure Colors Kannada consistently outperforms competition in the Karnataka GEC space.
- • Champion data-driven decision-making by mining BARC, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, and primary research to uncover audience cohorts, content preferences, and consumption patterns that inform sharper targeting and higher ROI.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with programming to align promo beats with story arcs, ensuring promos, episodic creatives, and tune-in spots are timed for maximum conversion from promos to actual viewership.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation—test new formats like AR filters, meme marketing, live commerce integrations, or regional podcast tie-ups—then scale the winners rapidly to keep the brand culturally relevant and buzz-worthy.
- • Lead, mentor, and inspire a lean but agile team of executives and interns, building their capacity to ideate, execute, and scale campaigns at speed while nurturing a high-energy, creative, and feedback-rich environment.
