• • The Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk role at KPMG New Zealand is a pivotal position within the firm’s Risk Consulting practice, designed to help clients navigate complex risk landscapes, strengthen governance, and build resilience in an increasingly uncertain business environment. • • Day to day, you will lead and deliver enterprise risk management (ERM) engagements, including conducting risk assessments, facilitating risk workshops, designing risk frameworks, and advising clients on risk appetite, tolerance, and reporting structures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk considerations into strategy, operations, and decision-making processes, while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to thought leadership through internal knowledge sharing and external publications. You will also support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships across industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, and public sector.
• • You will be part of KPMG’s Enterprise Risk team within the broader Risk Consulting practice in Auckland — a collaborative, high-performing group of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative, insight-driven solutions.
