- • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-growth positions within the fintech and crypto space.
- • Contribute to building a diverse and skilled workforce that supports Coins.ph’s mission to expand access to financial services through innovative cryptocurrency solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech, fintech, or fast-growing startup environments.
- • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify qualified candidates.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
- • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to track and improve hiring efficiency.
