📋 Description

• Join the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the Philippines as a Recruiter, playing a key role in scaling talent acquisition for Coins.ph, the most established crypto brand in the country with over 18 million users and full regulation by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-growth positions within the fintech and crypto space.
• Contribute to building a diverse and skilled workforce that supports Coins.ph’s mission to expand access to financial services through innovative cryptocurrency solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech, fintech, or fast-growing startup environments.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to track and improve hiring efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, regulated environment while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with hiring standards.
