- • Own and exceed revenue targets for a portfolio of mid-market advertisers within India’s vibrant Entertainment Business. You will act as the single-threaded owner for every rupee booked, every relationship nurtured, and every insight delivered across JioStar’s unmatched Digital + TV ecosystem that reaches 750 million viewers weekly.
- • Serve as JioStar’s market ambassador, translating our spellbinding content and cutting-edge tech into revenue-driving ad solutions. You will consultatively map client objectives to inventory across Hotstar, Star Sports, Star Plus, regional GECs, and marquee tent-pole events—crafting bespoke packages that blend reach, data, and storytelling.
- • Build and maintain a living, breathing sales pipeline that is always 3× your quarterly quota. You will forecast with surgical precision, flag risks early, and propose mitigation plans that keep revenue green while raising the bar on sales hygiene and CRM discipline.
- • Orchestrate end-to-end stakeholder management with minimal supervision. From junior planners to CMOs, from boutique agencies to global networks, you will tailor narratives, negotiate terms, and secure sign-offs that turn RFPs into long-term partnerships.
- • Drive deeper client intimacy through quarterly business reviews, joint business plans, co-branded case studies, and thought-leadership panels. You will convert satisfied customers into vocal advocates who reference JioStar in every media plan.
- • Collaborate daily with cross-functional pods—pricing, yield, ad-ops, creative solutions, insights, and product—to conceptualize and flawlessly execute campaigns. You will translate complex data into simple stories that unlock bigger budgets and repeat business.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves, emerging ad-tech, consumer shifts, and regulatory changes. You will feed market intel back into the organization, influencing product roadmaps and pricing strategies before trends hit the trade press.
- • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real time. You will leverage dashboards, attribution studies, and lift metrics to prove ROI, upsell incremental packages, and ensure every advertiser becomes a case study for success.
