📋 Description

• • Perform detailed analysis of current and historical business performance and capital structure to assess financial health and identify turnaround opportunities.
• • Develop and maintain dynamic 13-week cash flow forecasts to outline liquidity profiles and immediate cash needs for distressed clients.
• • Build integrated, fully dynamic three-statement financial models that project historical performance and forecast future outcomes under various scenarios.
• • Support the creation and preparation of corporate strategic plans aligned with client turnaround and restructuring objectives.
• • Provide hands-on implementation support for approved business plans and operational strategies to drive measurable improvements.
• • Engage directly with client personnel and management teams to gather data, align on objectives, and ensure execution fidelity.
• • Develop and present appraisals of business options, contingency plans, and alternative restructuring pathways as needed.
• • Gather, clean, analyze, and organize large, often incomplete datasets to inform financial and operational recommendations.
• • Assist in the preparation and administration of bankruptcy filings and related legal documentation.
• • Support the development of high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
• • Provide interim operational support on key business functions during periods of leadership transition or crisis.
• • Travel to client sites as required to conduct on-site assessments, facilitate workshops, and support implementation efforts.
• • Collaborate with a team of 1,600+ finance and technology experts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on value creation.
• • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work remotely two days per week, based in Chicago, Dallas, or New York office locations.
• • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through clear communication, reliability, and professional integrity.
• • Interpret complex financial statements and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• • Manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on individual deliverables and deadlines.
• • Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within a flat organizational structure, taking initiative and driving growth in a high-growth firm.
• • Apply deep understanding of private equity sponsor dynamics and their relationship with portfolio companies to deliver context-aware solutions.

• • Work independently under pressure with the judgment to escalate critical issues to senior team members when necessary.
