- • The Associate Account Executive supports Strategic Account Executives in driving revenue growth by selling language solutions such as telephone interpretation, video interpretation, translation, and localization to prospective and existing customers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of leads, coordinating sales activities with Strategic AEs, documenting interactions in Salesforce.com, preparing proposals for RFIs/RFPs, supporting contract negotiations, and assisting with implementation coordination and cross-functional initiatives like tradeshows and demonstrations.
- • The role is part of the Sales department at LanguageLine Solutions, reporting to the Vice President - Government Services, and operates remotely from Costa Rica while supporting clients nationwide across the U.S.
- • The individual will develop strategic customer acquisition plans, enhance product and market knowledge, build strong internal and external relationships, and gain experience in complex sales cycles involving multi-product language solutions and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience
- • 1 to 3 years of sales experience
- • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
- • Ability to travel up to 50% as required
