- • Serve as an Associate Account Executive responsible for driving new customer acquisition across Employ’s portfolio of ATS solutions: Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR.
- • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold outreach, discovery calls, and product demonstrations to identify and qualify mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to nurture leads through the sales funnel and close new business deals.
- • Understand customer pain points in talent acquisition and position Employ’s AI-powered tools as solutions that reduce administrative burden and increase recruiter efficiency.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records using Salesforce or equivalent systems to track pipeline, activity, and deal progression.
- • Participate in weekly sales meetings, quota reviews, and pipeline forecasting to align with team goals and regional targets.
- • Leverage product knowledge of Employ’s three ATS platforms and AI Companions to articulate value propositions tailored to diverse customer segments—from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
- • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in HR, talent acquisition, and recruiting leadership roles across global customer organizations.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in talent acquisition, HR technology, and AI-driven recruitment tools to enhance credibility and sales effectiveness.
- • Support onboarding efforts by coordinating with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoff of newly acquired accounts.
- • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and consistent execution of sales processes.
- • Represent Employ’s people-first philosophy in all customer interactions by prioritizing trust, transparency, and long-term partnership over short-term transactions.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting successful sales strategies, objection handling techniques, and customer insights.
- • Engage in ongoing product training and sales enablement programs to stay current with platform updates, feature releases, and competitive differentiators.
- • Operate within a remote-first environment, requiring strong self-discipline, time management, and asynchronous communication skills across U.S. time zones.
- • Adhere to Employ’s candidate safety policies and ensure all external communications use official @employinc.com email addresses.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within HR tech, ATS, or recruitment software
- • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a quota-carrying role
- • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct virtual product demos
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and results-driven environment
- • Deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and challenges faced by recruiters
