- • As an Associate Account Executive - PEO at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s presence in the US Professional Employer Organization (PEO) market by supporting senior sales executives in building and progressing pipeline, qualifying leads, and contributing to deal execution. This role is essential to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment, allowing businesses to hire, pay, and manage international teams with ease.
- • Day to day, you will generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) and inbound follow-up, partner with senior AEs on discovery, demos, and deal progression, maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking, assist in managing high-velocity opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes while working toward activity and pipeline targets.
- • You will join the AMER Sales (PEO) team within a fully remote, globally distributed organization that values innovation, automation, and AI integration across all roles. Remote fosters an asynchronous work culture where employees from six continents collaborate to solve complex global employment challenges, guided by core values of innovation, inclusivity, and employee growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the US PEO landscape—including compliance, co-employment models, and use cases—while mastering consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You’ll gain hands-on experience selling HR and global employment solutions, build credibility with prospects, and position yourself for advancement into a Senior Account Executive role through continuous learning and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales, business development, SDR, or related SaaS/HR environment
- • Strong interest in HR, PEO, or global employment solutions (PEO experience is a must)
- • Ability to support sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- • Comfortable engaging prospects via outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- • Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
