- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass owning a diverse portfolio of some of Bubble's largest and most strategic accounts. You will be tasked with developing and meticulously executing structured, multi-quarter account plans designed to maximize customer value and achieve business objectives. A key aspect of your role will involve leading impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic check-ins, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment on goals. You will be the primary driver for predictable renewals, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for value-led expansion within your accounts. Furthermore, you will diligently monitor account health, proactively identifying potential risks and orchestrating cross-functional interventions to mitigate them. Close collaboration with Technical Success Management (TSM) will be essential to ensure seamless alignment between commercial strategies and technical enablement, guaranteeing customers derive maximum benefit from the platform. You will also serve as a vital conduit for customer feedback, surfacing product insights and suggestions to influence Bubble's internal roadmap and strategic direction, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.

This team is composed of skilled Account Managers (AMs) and Technical Success Managers (TSMs) who collectively own post-sales relationships. The team acts as a critical bridge between our customers and Bubble, expertly aligning commercial strategies, technical enablement, and the realization of long-term value.
