  • • The Associate Account Manager will join Fresha’s Southern Europe team in Madrid to support the company’s mission as the AI-powered operating system for beauty, wellness, and self-care, connecting salons, spas, fitness studios, and health practices to streamline operations and drive bookings.
  • • Day to day, the role involves building strong relationships with salon customers, driving adoption of Fresha’s features including booking, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, loyalty, inventory, and team management, and ensuring clients maximize value from the platform.
  • • The team operates across 15 global offices, with a focus on growing Fresha’s presence in Southern Europe, supporting 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals worldwide who process over 1 billion appointments through the platform.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in SaaS customer success, gain hands-on experience with beauty and wellness industry technology, improve consultative sales and account management skills, and contribute directly to revenue growth and customer retention in a high-growth, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in Bulgarian (spoken and written)
  • • Experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • • Passion for technology and its application in beauty, wellness, or self-care industries
  • • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
