- • The Associate Account Manager (AAM) at One80 Intermediaries supports the Client Service team by handling transactional and service-oriented tasks for an assigned book of business, providing foundational experience in commercial lines insurance brokerage while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- • This role is ideal for early-career professionals seeking to build expertise in insurance operations, develop technical proficiency, and grow into more advanced client-facing positions through structured learning and stretch assignments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include issuing certificates of insurance and Auto ID cards, processing policy changes, endorsements, audits, and quotes, generating invoice requests, managing loss runs for renewals, and assisting with proposal and renewal material preparation.
- • The AAM maintains accurate records in the system of record, documents all client interactions and policy activities, and ensures adherence to documentation, compliance, and E&O procedures to mitigate risk and uphold service quality.
- • Collaboration with the Client Service team is central to the role, with primary guidance from the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, enabling the AAM to learn best practices, build technical and professional skills, and contribute to team initiatives focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- • The AAM supports new business efforts and firm-wide client retention goals by ensuring timely, accurate service delivery and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships through proactive support.
- • As competencies develop, the AAM will take on stretch assignments that expand knowledge, increase client interaction exposure, and prepare for career advancement within the brokerage organization.
