  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for beauty, wellness, and self-care businesses using the Fresha platform in the Madrid region, building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
  • • Conduct regular outreach and onboarding sessions with new and existing business clients to ensure seamless integration of Fresha’s all-in-one software, including appointment booking, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory management, and team scheduling tools.
  • • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base by understanding business needs and aligning them with Fresha’s suite of financial technology and operational solutions.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager Team Lead to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive client engagement and retention strategies.
  • • Monitor client usage patterns and feedback to provide actionable insights to internal product and support teams, contributing to platform improvements and customer satisfaction.
  • • Deliver training and educational resources to clients on how to maximize the use of Fresha’s mobile apps and integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and Google to increase bookings and visibility.
  • • Manage client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring high levels of service and client retention.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, documenting all interactions, agreements, and performance metrics.
  • • Participate in team meetings, regional sales reviews, and company-wide initiatives to align with Fresha’s global growth objectives.
  • • Represent Fresha at local industry events and networking opportunities in Madrid to expand brand presence and generate new business leads.
  • • Work five days per week from the Madrid office located at Paseo de la Castellana 93b, Oficina 144, 28046 Madrid, in a dog-friendly environment that emphasizes face-to-face collaboration and teamwork.
  • • Communicate fluently in Portuguese with clients and internal teams to support business expansion in Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • • Leverage Fresha’s AI-powered operating system to demonstrate value propositions to small and medium-sized beauty and wellness businesses, including salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices.
  • • Track and report on key performance indicators such as client acquisition rate, retention rate, and revenue per client to support data-driven decision-making.
  • • Stay informed about industry trends in beauty, wellness, and self-care to provide consultative advice to clients and position Fresha as a strategic partner.
  • • Work autonomously while adhering to company processes, timelines, and compliance standards in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client success within a SaaS or technology platform environment
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with small business owners
  • • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • • Willingness to work in-office five days per week in Madrid
