- • The Associate Account Manager (Renewal Specialist) plays a critical role in driving customer retention and revenue growth by managing the end-to-end renewal process for Vanta’s small business customers (up to 10 employees), ensuring seamless renewals while identifying expansion opportunities.
- • Day to day, the role involves proactively reaching out to customers 60–90 days before renewal, managing 10–15 renewals per month, navigating MSA contracts with auto-renewal clauses and 10% YoY uplifts, conducting discovery conversations to assess customer health, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce/Clarity, forecasting renewal outcomes, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers on at-risk accounts.
