- • As a seasonal Associate Benefit Advisor, you will guide beneficiaries through one of life’s most important decisions—selecting health insurance coverage—by listening, consulting, and advising clients over the phone in a call center environment.
- • You will partner with top national and regional health insurance companies to ensure customers receive the right coverage for their situation, while meeting daily sales metrics and goals, including making outbound follow-up calls and cross-selling ancillary products.
- • This role begins with initial training to prepare you for the state licensing exam, followed by six weeks of hands-on onboarding to get you up and running quickly in a supportive, mission-driven team.
- • You will work within eHealth’s mission to create a transparent, trustworthy way for consumers to access quality care, aligned with core values of One Team, Customer Centricity, Innovation, Integrity, Quality, Accountability, Resilience, and Financial Stewardship.
🎯 Requirements
- • Ability to obtain or currently possess an active resident state health insurance license
- • Previous sales experience or a passion for learning and growing in a sales role
- • Strong technology skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while on the phone
- • Coachable and teachable mindset with a high level of integrity and customer focus
- • Availability to work 5:00AM–5:00PM PST, including weekends, and extended hours during Annual Enrollment (October 15–December 7)
