- • As an Associate, Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the company's most critical strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with the VP of BizOps & Analytics, Armando La Rocca (formerly of BCG and Better), and contribute to shaping the future of a company that has already achieved profitability and is scaling from 5M to 50M customers.
- • Your responsibilities will span across key areas such as carrier growth and development, the creation of new products from inception (0-1), and optimizing user and partner acquisition strategies. You will be immersed in a talent-dense environment, working alongside exceptionally sharp and driven colleagues, which will significantly accelerate your career growth and learning.
- • The Business Operations & Analytics team leverages advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses. You will be instrumental in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to inform and refine our growth strategies, ensuring that Jerry.ai remains at the forefront of innovation in the automotive super app space.
- • Jerry.ai is building the first comprehensive super app designed to make car ownership affordable and accessible. Our platform covers a wide spectrum of car-related needs, including insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety features, repairs, and parking, addressing a massive $2T market in the U.S.
- • Since our inception in 2019, we have rapidly expanded our offerings beyond insurance to include loan refinancing, driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a sophisticated GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. This rapid product development has enabled us to acquire over 5 million customers.
- • You will be tasked with partnering closely with our marketing, product, and business development teams. Your role will involve integrating customer performance insights directly into user and partner acquisition strategies, ensuring a data-driven approach to growth.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve leading the design, execution, and rigorous analysis of A/B experiments. These experiments will focus on both new and existing features, with the goal of extracting key insights that will directly inform product development and overarching business strategies.
- • You will also be responsible for defining, understanding, and rigorously testing the key levers that drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth. This requires a deep analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- • Furthermore, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency by automating manual processes and optimizing existing workflows. This focus on operational excellence is crucial for supporting our rapid scaling.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR equivalent experience in business analysis/operations.
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or experience running complex data analyses.
- • Proven ability to develop and apply frameworks for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
