- • As a Business Operations Associate at Jerry Technologies, you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives, including carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s goal of scaling from 5M to 50M customers and becoming a $10B business.
- • Day to day, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead the design and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, define and test levers for profitable user growth, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- • You will join a talent-dense, high-growth pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding, with 60X revenue growth in five years, operating in a $2T market, and led by a VP of BizOps & Analytics with ex-BCG and Better experience, immersed in a culture that values structured thinking, first-principles problem solving, and ownership of high-impact projects.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by working alongside exceptionally sharp teammates, owning complex problems from start to finish, applying structured thinking and deep customer research, and leveraging advanced machine learning models and SQL to extract insights that shape company-wide growth strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Framework for problem solving and commitment to first principles
- • Comfort communicating with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite
- • High personal bar for excellence and drive to continuously push performance higher
