📋 Description

• As Chief of Staff at Morpho Inc., you will multiply the CEO's leverage by owning the CEO support function end to end, removing operational drag so the CEO's time goes to the highest-impact work and ensuring priorities are executed across the company.
• Day to day, you will recruit and manage the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s), build AI infrastructure for CEO leverage (personal agents, workflow automations, internal tooling), take on operational and administrative load (inbox triage, scheduling, follow-through), ensure no ball is dropped, facilitate context flow, run a direct feedback loop from team and partners, prepare the CEO for meetings, and step in on bespoke high-priority projects.
• Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol that has raised $70 million from top investors and manages over $10 billion in deposits, aiming to build an open lending network and establish itself as a cornerstone of a new internet-native financial system.
• In this role, you will learn the CEO's working style, stabilize executive support, build AI-powered tools, drive operational efficiency, and gain deep exposure to strategy and leadership in a fast-growing, high-impact DeFi organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 6 years in a fast-paced operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role
• Technical background
• English fluency
• AI-native mindset
• Very strong analytical mindset
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts
