- • Join a pre-IPO startup with strong traction and runway ($240M funded, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, $2T market size) to help scale from 5M to 50M customers and build a $10B business.
- • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to drive data-informed decisions across critical initiatives like carrier growth, product development (0-1), and user acquisition strategies.
- • Work within a talent-dense, data-driven culture where advanced machine learning models and clean data infrastructure support real-time decision-making and A/B testing at scale.
- • Own the full lifecycle of experiments — from design and execution to analysis — to extract insights that shape product and business strategies while optimizing operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
