- • Join a pre-IPO startup with strong capital, traction, and runway ($240M funded, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, $2T market size) to help scale from 5M to 50M customers and build a $10B business.
- • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to drive data-informed decisions across critical initiatives like carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies.
- • Work within a talent-dense Business Operations & Analytics team that leverages advanced machine learning models to extract insights shaping company-wide growth strategies.
- • Contribute to Jerry’s mission of building the first super app for affordable and accessible car ownership, integrating insurance, loans, repairs, safety, and more into a single platform.
- • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to extract insights that inform product and business strategies.
- • Identify and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and support scalable user and partnership growth.
- • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition and retention strategies.
- • Develop a framework for problem-solving rooted in first principles while communicating insights effectively to audiences ranging from front-line staff to the C-suite.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related field).
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy.
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis to support insight generation and experimentation.
- • Strong problem-solving framework grounded in first principles and structured thinking.
- • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences, from operational teams to executive leadership.
- • Demonstrated track record of setting high standards and driving continuous improvement in personal and team performance.
