  • • As an Associate Business Operations Manager at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the infrastructure that powers the company’s global benefits ecosystem, directly impacting how 60,000+ EOR employees and 60+ carriers are supported across 134+ entities—ensuring seamless, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of benefits worldwide.
  • • You will drive end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives that transform operational complexity into scalable, automated solutions, working at the intersection of strategy, data, product, and go-to-market teams to enable Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity.
  • • Day to day, you will execute Deel’s global expansion strategy by identifying and vetting brokerage partners to build a best-in-class global marketplace for benefits, ensuring reliability, cost-efficiency, and technical integration across all regions.
  • • You will partner with global brokers and carriers to optimize provider relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing management of benefit offerings that meet local compliance and worker needs.
  • • You will empower Deel’s lean Benefits Operations team (The Lean 5) by designing streamlined workflows, creating enablement materials, and implementing tools that allow them to manage providers, launch new benefits, and communicate effectively with workers at scale.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to build sales enablement assets—including playbooks, quoting tools, and training materials—that allow them to accurately and quickly quote benefits for Global Payroll and EOR clients.
  • • You will partner with the Benefits Services team to redesign the customer support journey, replacing legacy complexity with a intuitive, Stripe-like self-service experience that reduces friction and improves satisfaction for both employers and workers.
  • • You will leverage advanced data analysis using Looker, Google Suite, and financial systems to uncover insights on benefit margins, utilization, and retention, then translate those findings into actionable recommendations for product and operational improvements.

  • • You will operate within a high-impact, fast-moving team of 7,000+ Deelers spanning 100+ countries and 74 languages, where your contributions directly influence the company’s ability to scale compliantly and innovate at the forefront of the global work revolution.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global benefits operations, SaaS scalability, and cross-functional leadership—gaining the strategic and tactical skills to become a sought-after leader in the future of work, backed by Deel’s $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, Business Operations, consulting, or private equity, with a proven track record of driving impact and rapid promotion.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Jira, and Looker, including the ability to extract, analyze, and synthesize large datasets from financial and operational sources to inform decision-making.
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to distill complex global benefits logic into clear, simple language for diverse stakeholders.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Stock grant opportunities tied to role, employment status, and location, offering direct ownership in Deel’s high-growth journey.
  • • Flexibility of remote work, including optional access to WeWork spaces for those who prefer hybrid collaboration.
  • • Additional perks and benefits tailored to employment status and country, reflecting Deel’s commitment to inclusive, scalable total rewards.
