- • The Associate Channel Account Manager at 8x8 plays a critical role in expanding the company’s channel sales organization by building and managing strategic partnerships that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role is essential to scaling 8x8’s market reach through trusted Channel Partners who deliver unified communications and contact center solutions.
- • Day to day, the Associate Channel Account Manager will create pipeline through business planning and joint campaigns, identify and recruit new Channel Partners, develop and review partner business plans quarterly, manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, negotiate contracts, coordinate internal department introductions and certification timelines, monitor partner performance for at least 12 months, and provide targeted support to underperforming partners.
- • 8x8 is a global leader in cloud communications, empowering CX leaders with AI-powered insights to improve customer experiences and business outcomes. The Channel sales team is a key growth engine, working closely with partners to extend 8x8’s solutions across industries and regions.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in channel strategy, partner enablement, and sales operations within a high-growth tech environment. They will strengthen consultative selling, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing directly to 8x8’s revenue goals and market expansion.
