- • Join the Client Enablement team to build a seamless customer onboarding and configuration experience for Airwallex clients across the US and globally.
- • Work directly with account executives to amend Airwallex account pricing based on commercial team requests.
- • Collaborate with global solution engineers to gather, validate, and apply configuration requests that align with client business and technical requirements.
- • Partner with commercial, operations, and product teams to identify, evaluate, and summarize opportunities for improving the platform’s client onboarding processes.
- • Develop and manage on-shore functional programs and projects that support US operational and organizational goals.
- • Maintain and update customer account settings and pricing throughout the client lifecycle to ensure accuracy and consistency across all configurations.
- • Ensure client accounts are fully configured and ready for transaction processing in production environments.
- • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and implementing best practices to support scalable client onboarding.
- • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams to facilitate smooth client activation and ongoing account management.
- • Contribute to a high-visibility, business-critical team that directly impacts the initial customer experience as Airwallex’s US business grows.
- • Use strong judgment and attention to detail to manage complex configuration requests with precision and timeliness.
- • Work across multiple time zones to coordinate with global stakeholders and deliver consistent client enablement outcomes.
- • Apply adaptive problem-solving skills to rapidly understand new products and respond to evolving client and business needs.
- • Demonstrate customer service consciousness by prioritizing client success in every configuration and process decision.
- • Operate with founder-like energy, taking ownership of end-to-end client enablement workflows and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- • Leverage collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams around shared operational objectives.
