- • Own the creative vision for marquee accounts across EMEA, translating business objectives into bold, human-centered brand expressions that resonate from London to Lagos. You will co-create long-term creative roadmaps with Creative Directors, ensuring every touchpoint—be it a TikTok ad, a Series-B pitch deck, or an OOH takeover—feels unmistakably on-brand and culturally relevant.
- • Lead customer discovery calls, creative reviews, and final presentations with C-suite stakeholders, distilling complex feedback into clear, actionable next steps. Your storytelling skills will turn abstract brand values into vivid narratives that win hearts and budgets.
- • Champion creative quality at scale by setting rigorous standards for typography, color, motion, and accessibility. You will conduct weekly design critiques, run A/B concept tests, and publish internal playbooks that codify best practices for 200+ creatives in 50+ countries.
- • Mentor a distributed squad of senior designers, motion artists, and copywriters through 1:1 coaching, live workshops, and asynchronous feedback loops. Your leadership will accelerate individual growth trajectories and raise Superside’s collective creative IQ.
- • Integrate generative AI—MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway—into every stage of the creative process, from mood-boarding to final asset delivery. You will pilot new prompt libraries, automate repetitive tasks, and evangelize responsible AI usage that amplifies human imagination rather than replacing it.
- • Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to balance artistic ambition with commercial realities. You will scope sprints, forecast resource needs, and negotiate trade-offs so that every pixel shipped is both beautiful and profitable.
- • Stay ahead of cultural and technological shifts by attending global design festivals, beta-testing emerging tools, and publishing thought-leadership pieces on Superside’s channels. Your insights will keep our offering three steps ahead of client expectations.
- • Contribute to Superside’s internal brand evolution—refreshing our own identity system, keynote templates, and social presence—so that we practice what we preach and inspire prospects before the first sales call.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation where failure is data, not drama. You will launch quarterly innovation sprints, measure impact through engagement metrics, and celebrate learnings in company-wide retros.
- • Uphold inclusive design principles, ensuring every campaign reflects the diversity of the audiences we serve. You will audit work for cultural sensitivity, champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), and partner with ERGs to source authentic perspectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of hands-on creative leadership in brand, digital, or advertising agencies with a portfolio showcasing cross-channel campaigns that drove measurable business impact
- • Proven fluency in Figma, Adobe CC, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent), plus demonstrable experimentation with generative AI platforms
- • Track record of presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders, translating strategic briefs into emotionally resonant creative concepts
- • Experience managing distributed creative teams (20+ people) across multiple time zones, with evidence of mentorship that accelerated designer growth and retention
- • Deep understanding of inclusive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), and cultural nuance across EMEA markets
