  • • You will architect the entire creative identity for RAD Intel and the new brands incubating beneath it. From the first sketch of a logo to the final pixel on a website, you own the look, feel, and voice that millions of users and thousands of investors will encounter.
  • • Build and lead a nimble creative pod—designers, copywriters, UI/UX specialists—hiring, mentoring, and directing both full-time teammates and vetted freelancers to deliver world-class work at startup speed.
  • • Translate complex AI-driven marketing technology into human, emotionally resonant stories. You will craft brand narratives that excite enterprise buyers, inspire creators, and reassure institutional investors.
  • • Establish and police rock-solid brand guidelines: color palettes, typography hierarchies, motion principles, iconography, tone-of-voice matrices, and accessibility standards that scale across web, mobile, social, print, and event environments.
  • • Drive the end-to-end production of every brand touchpoint: pitch decks, investor one-pagers, product microsites, long-form case studies, blog series, social campaigns, swag, and experiential installations—ensuring each asset feels unmistakably “RAD.”
  • • Partner directly with the CEO, CPO, and Head of Growth to align creative roadmaps with fundraising milestones, product launches, and revenue targets—turning business strategy into visual and verbal reality.
  • • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new brand concepts for stealth ventures under the RAD umbrella, moving from blank Figma file to clickable prototype in days, not months.
  • • Champion user-centric design. You will collaborate with UX researchers to validate brand hypotheses through usability tests, A/B experiments, and customer interviews, refining identity systems based on real data.
  • • Evolve the parent RAD Intel brand as the company matures from Series B startup to category-defining platform, ensuring legacy equity is preserved while visual language stays fresh.
  • • Curate and maintain a best-in-class creative tech stack—Figma libraries, Webflow components, Notion wikis, DAM systems—so your team can ship faster without sacrificing quality.
  • • Present creative concepts to high-stakes audiences: Fortune 500 partners, Adobe executives, and 10,000 individual investors. Your storytelling must be as compelling in a boardroom as it is on a billboard.
  • • Foster a culture of fearless creativity. You will institute rituals—design critiques, copy jams, lightning demos—that keep the bar high and the team inspired.
  • • Measure brand health with quantitative and qualitative KPIs: NPS uplift, brand recall studies, site engagement, and social sentiment, using insights to fuel continuous improvement.
  • • Stay ahead of AI-driven design trends, experimenting with generative tools to accelerate ideation while preserving the irreplaceable human touch that makes RAD brands memorable.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of creative direction, brand strategy, or end-to-end brand building experience, supported by a portfolio that showcases full identity systems, messaging frameworks, and live digital experiences
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire small, multidisciplinary creative teams—both in-house staff and distributed freelancers—to deliver polished work under tight deadlines
  • • Mastery of visual design fundamentals (layout, color, typography, motion) combined with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and accessibility standards
  • • Exceptional writing and storytelling chops: you can jump from crafting a three-word tagline to a 2,000-word thought-leadership article without missing a beat
  • • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and multiple brands are incubated simultaneously
