- • As an Associate Creative Project Manager in Customer Strategy and Operations at DraftKings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience by leading strategic initiatives that drive key business objectives across functions.
- • You will execute critical strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-functional project execution, track progress and risks, build operational playbooks, and partner with stakeholders to align priorities and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3 years of project management, journey lead, or related experience
