📋 Description

• Manage regional training coordinators and team trainers to ensure alignment with Training & Onboarding (T&O) processes, SOPs, and expectations across the JAPAC region.
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and training experience for all new hires in the JAPAC region, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and timely completion of required learning paths.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of training content by updating materials to reflect changes in tools, workflows, and best practices, and by tracking content health and relevance.
• Provide real-time training and system support within the region as part of a follow-the-sun model for key training platforms used by the Falcon Complete MDR team.
• Partner with global Curriculum Developers to contribute regional insights, assist in content development, and ensure training materials remain accurate, operationally aligned, and culturally appropriate.
• Monitor training data and metrics to identify knowledge gaps, regional performance trends, or readiness challenges, and propose targeted interventions or process improvements.
• Support intake and prioritization of regional training needs, ensuring alignment with the global training strategy and organizational roadmap.
• Maintain close communication with regional leaders, onboarding leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure visibility into training progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
• Ensure consistent adoption of T&O-owned onboarding standards and content within the region while adapting delivery and execution to accommodate regional workflows, time zones, and schedules.
• Maintain detailed documentation, JIRA tickets, and training records to support operational transparency, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions or facilitate learning activities on an as-needed basis to support team readiness and performance.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for all training-related inquiries, system issues, and operational support needs for the Falcon Complete MDR team.
• Contribute to the global training ecosystem by sharing regional feedback, best practices, and operational insights to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of learning programs.
• Work in a distributed, remote-first environment requiring strong self-direction, cross-time-zone collaboration, and proactive communication to drive results.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in training, enablement, onboarding, or related operational roles in or adjacent to the cybersecurity industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and drive accountability across distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track training progression, monitor metrics, and identify areas of improvement.
• Experience analyzing data to uncover deficiencies, trends, or readiness gaps — and articulating proposed solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and global teams.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems such as Docebo (or equivalent LMS platform).
• Experience working with Jira or similar project/workflow management tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
