📋 Description

• • The Associate Customer Billing Analyst is responsible for claims invoicing and accounts receivable activities for Highmark Health’s non-risk self-insured client population, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections across medical, dental, drug, and spending account products.
• • Day-to-day duties include auditing system changes impacting billing, reconciling payment activity, creating and maintaining customer accounts, running SQL queries for client-specific reporting, monitoring receivables, coordinating collection efforts, and responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
• • The role operates within Highmark Health’s finance and billing operations team, collaborating closely with Sales, IT, Management, Finance/Accounting, and Underwriting to support self-funded customer billing compliance and accuracy.
• • The analyst will develop expertise in healthcare billing systems, gain experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling, improve analytical and problem-solving skills, and build cross-functional communication abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
