- • As an Associate Customer Operations Manager at Deel, you will be the face and voice of the company for clients, both internally and externally, building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.
- • You will manage and foster relationships with client accounts, train clients on Deel processes and platform usage, lead interactions with product adoption and growth in mind, and serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.
- • You will collaborate with the wider growth and support organization, including Account Executives, Strategic CSMs, and onboarding managers, to help Deel grow, while acting as an internal advocate for clients by championing new products and capabilities.
- • You will strengthen relationships by solving client challenges, helping to eliminate and uncover churn, and becoming a trusted partner who understands business needs and builds solutions as a mini project manager.
- • You will thrive in a highly collaborative, high-performance team, tackling complex, ambiguous problems with a passion for driving real impact across the business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, operations, or customer success
- • Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests
- • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, payroll company, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- • Quantitative and data-savvy mindset, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into actionable recommendations
- • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and comfortable with high responsibility
