📋 Description

• • The Associate Customer Success Manager (FNSS) serves as the tactical nerve center for Flashpoint’s most discrete mission partners, translating complex threat intelligence into actionable outcomes to support national security missions.
• • Day to day, you will translate mission partner requirements into executable intelligence objectives, drive collaborative integration across internal and external stakeholders, analyze data points to recommend product usage, anticipate team needs in dynamic environments, and prioritize intelligence problems while working cross-functionally to resolve them.
• • You will operate within Flashpoint National Security Solutions (FNSS), a division of Flashpoint Intel Inc., a pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence that empowers government and commercial clients to reduce risk and improve resilience through the Ignite platform.
• • In this role, you will develop deep customer rapport, become a trusted advisor, influence product evolution based on feedback, gain mastery of Flashpoint’s tools and data capabilities, and achieve independent functionality in supporting customer needs within 90 days.
